Returns & Exchanges

• We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@casualthread.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.
